Had an out of body experience and this massage was hands down the best massage I have ever had. I told a few friends right away and some booked the next day. Very good quality service and the prices are not high

– Drink lots of water after the session
– You may be quite sore the next day
– 120 minutes are hot stones – I only did 90 minutes to try it out but next time I will definitely do that
– You can use venmo or zelle to pay + tip
– Very convenient and easy to call to book an appointment

I’m a powerlifter. I have been participating in competitions for many years. After intense training, a restorative massage is very important. I can confidently say that Russell is the best sports massage therapist to help me achieve my goals.

The best therapist I have ever had. No joke. I have had over a hundred massages in my life from all angles. I travel to different cities every week for work and I rely on massage to stay healthy. This massage from Russell blew me away. Not only was he good, he was able to find the knots in my muscles and relieved the pain in my lower back and shoulders. I never expected to find this level of expertise.
Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10. I could not have been happier or more relaxed. I will be back before the end of the week.
Truly wonderful. I wouldn’t even be writing this review if it was just okay.

I have been going here for almost a year and a half religiously. I have pretty bad upper back and neck pain from a very old injury.

I have to say, I’ve been to many massage places in Chicago, from Trump Spa to physical therapy places and this place has been the best I’ve ever attended, hands down.

It’s not a luxury spa but you don’t pay luxury prices and yet it’s cozy and comfortable. They have piped in music and heated tables. Great atmosphere: check!
But Russell is what makes this place amazing. He is the owner and he is so caring about the health & wellness of clients that come in. He also gives the best massages because he truly understands how the human body works, and what one needs to alleviate pain.

Since I have been going to see him, my pain has come down from a 10 out of 10 to a 5 or 6 out of 10. For someone in chronic pain that is exceptional.

And when I brought friends and family in, they have also had great experiences. The key is to be vocal about what you want or need. The therapists here want guidance and direction so they can give you what you need!

I highly recommend this place. It’s the only place I ever go now for massage. Truly great for the money, amazing value and kind staff makes me give it a 5* all around!
